InstantLagbe is a third-party reseller of genuine digital product subscriptions. We provide a platform for users in Bangladesh to conveniently purchase these subscriptions using local payment methods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the original Service Providers unless explicitly stated. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Account Creation: To make a purchase, you may be required to create an account on our Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your InstantLagbe account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Subscription Usage: Upon delivery of a Product, you agree to the following terms of use:
  • You will not change the login credentials (email or password) of the provided subscription account unless explicitly permitted in the product description. Unauthorized changes will void your warranty.
  • You will use the subscription according to the plan you purchased (e.g., number of screens, users).
  • You will not use the subscription for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery

• Order Placement: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product under these Terms.
• Payment: All payments must be made through the payment gateways provided on our Site. We accept various local payment methods for your convenience.
• Delivery: Our products are digital. After your payment is successfully confirmed, your product details (login credentials, activation keys, etc.) will be delivered automatically and instantly to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned. We generally do not offer refunds. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your payment.
• Replacement Warranty (Our Guarantee): We offer a full-period warranty on our products. If a subscription account provided by us stops working before its expiration date due to a fault on our end, we will provide a replacement account for the remainder of your subscription period.
• Warranty Void: The replacement warranty will be void if the account issue is a result of a user’s violation of our terms (e.g., changing the password, sharing the account beyond its limits, or getting the account banned by the original Service Provider due to misuse).

6. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling any product purchased from our Site.
• Using our services for any unlawful purpose.
