You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- The account credentials we sent you do not work upon delivery.
- Your account stops working during your subscription period, and you have not violated our terms.
- You received a different product than what you ordered.
When You Are NOT Covered for a Replacement (❌)
A replacement will not be provided if:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased the wrong product or plan by mistake.
- You did not like the service offered by the original company (e.g., Netflix’s movie library).
- Your account was suspended because you violated our Terms & Conditions (for example, by changing the account password or sharing it beyond the plan’s limits).
